You will need:
– A coffee machine
– Coffee beans
– Coffee grinder
– 14 -18g of coffee per 35ml – 45ml
Remove the portafilter from the group head. Ensure it is clean of any old ground coffee and is dry.
Flush the group head for 3 seconds to ensure there is no old coffee remaining.
Dispense the recommended amount of coffee into the portafilter and level the coffee.
With your tamp, firmly press the coffee to make an even puck. Then wipe the portafilter rim.
Insert the portafilter into the group head and extract immediately.
