Hello,

I am writing to provide feedback on two of your staff who work in the Puccino's stall in Maidenhead station.

The two gentlemen who regularly man this stall are fantastically friendly and cheerful even at silly times in the morning and in freezing weather. They brighten many travellers days including mine with their fun banter and I really appreciate them.

They are also efficient and professional.

Well done for having such great staff and I hope this feedback reaches them.

I live in Tulse Hill, London, I catch the train each morning from Tulse Hill Station. You have a coffee shop there.

I wanted to let you know that it is an absolute delight going into it each morning. The coffee is very good, much better not only than the usual fair one expects at train stations (where most companies exploit the commuters with over priced low quality product) but in my opinion better than all the high street brands.

But what truly stands out is the friendly courteous and professional staff.  They are efficient, but more than that they take a personal interest, in their customers remembering each morning what each customer drinks, to the point with me where they know I like a strong black coffee with a touch of cold water.  They always have a smile and a cheery word to brighten up even the coldest winter morning.

A few examples of the services they offer over and above.

When our station was being refurbished no Metro newspapers where being delivered.  One of the staff in your shop made sure he lifted as many newspapers as he could carry and brought them to give out to his customers so we would still receive our morning paper.  This was kind, thoughtful and considerate.

I was once short of money for the coffee I ordered.  Rather than this being an embarrassing situation the staff member simply smiled and told me not to worry about it. I made sure I went in the next day to pay the difference.  But this was something you rarely see these days, very rarely in London and even less in transient areas like railway stations.

There are many more examples like this but I hope by now you see the value these guys add to the business, brand and to your customers day.

The guys in your Tulse Hill shop are a real credit to you and your organisation, and you should be proud of them, and the way they represent your business.

Regards.

Thanks for giving us such a good laugh at MK Rail Station yesterday - loved the graphics and the witty comments! I've already shown a few people the stupid little biscuit, napkin and sugar bags - very clever merchandising... keep up the fun.

I always feel like a valued customer and enjoy having time to relax in the friendly atmosphere before heading to work.

Just writing to say you should reward the man who works at Weybridge station in the morning. He knows what his regular customers order and gets it ready as he sees them walking down the platform. Always served with a smile whatever the weather and however early it is. Congratulations on providing good service at a time when most retailers / foodservice suppliers have forgotten what that is – it is really appreciated.

"Fantastic prompt, efficient and friendly service running from Stevenage station - no not the trains, the coffee.

Jack, on his daily commute!

"Can't live without my morning mocha and croissant from Puccino's. They are a breath of fresh air in the mornings but not too cheerful,"

Lee from Croydon

"Coffee is a must first thing and visiting Puccino's gives me the 'coffee kick' I need to start my day off"

I have become a Puccino's spotter on the train - I might be sad, but not alone I'm sure!

Tim from Earlsfied.

Puccino's might be child friendly, but I'm not, so you won't catch me there at weekends!

The Puccino's stand at the Watford Junction station saved my life. I had travelled for 22 hours from Seattle, WA USA (home of Starbuck's) and the wonderful man behind the counter made me the perfect cup of tea with a chocolate biscuit on the side. I was rejuvenated and surged forward through my travels. Thank you Puccino's Worldwide Man Behind the Counter!
