You have the security of knowing that the concept is tried and tested across the country. You have the support of a team dedicated to helping you prior to opening, during the opening and thereafter whenever help or advice is needed. Also, we offer regular on-site reviews to help you make the most of your franchise.
If you have chosen to open an Espresso Bar or Kiosk, to be located at a transport location then Puccino's Worldwide Limited and their agents have already developed good working relationships with the train operating companies and we can use our covenant strength to secure the locations.
This depends on the concept. The following is a rough guide only of how much each concept could cost, but this really does depend on location etc.
Espresso Bar railway sites £2,500 net, Café and Deli Bars £5,000 net.
The deposit will be held by Puccino's Worldwide and may be applied towards its external costs and expenses incurred in connection with the initial investigation of the viability of a proposed site. This could also include costs for meeting architects / designers on site and for producing rough first drawings.
The deposit is refundable should a franchise not progress less any expenses as agreed.
You will have to pay an entrance fee of £15,000.00 net of VAT and an ongoing royalty fee for the pleasure!
And a Security Deposit or Bank Guarantee will also be required; this is generally calculated at six months rent if Puccino's Worldwide is the Lease holder and 12 months estimated royalty fee.
The franchise agreement runs for five years with an option to renew for a further 5 years after this period.
We work on a rough guide of 25% wage costs, 25% food costs and 35% other overheads.
No. Our British food offering is aimed at the widest possible number of customers; therefore we sell popular foods including beef, pork and dairy products which are not acceptable to certain citizens. You would have to be comfortable with handling such foods if you wish to become a Puccino's Worldwide franchisee.
Quite simply we are looking for owner operators who have personality, a passion for what they do, are not afraid of hard work, have realistic expectations and will look after and grow the most precious thing we have to give - a right to trade under our brand.
This concept consists of restaurant and coffee bars with a continental feel to them. They are fully licensed and offer speciality coffees and have a diverse Mediterranean menu including pastas, tapas, pizzas, salads and desserts. The relaxed atmosphere includes sofas and soft lighting. Prices range from £120,000 net upward, depending on location, size and specific requirements.
The concept is primarily a take away offer with limited seating. This type of unit offers a wide range of fresh coffees, made-to-order pastries and fresh sandwiches, Paninis, ciabattas, fresh salads and tapas. The sizes of the units vary from small units to 60+ seats. Prices range from £95,000 net upwards depending on size and location.

Primarily station locations ranging from smaller suburban stations to large central London locations. The product offer is fresh coffees, pastries, baked on the premises, light snacks, fresh orange juice and other hot and cold drinks. The units can either be kiosks or fixed sites that allow seating. Prices range from £70,000 net upward depending on the size and location of the unit.
