You will need:
– A Cafetiere
– Medium to coarsely ground coffee
– Hot water
– 15 grams of coffee per 250ml of water
Place your coffee into the cafetiere.
Pour hot water (92-96°) into the cafetiere.
Place the plunger on top of the pot with the spout closed. Do not press down.
Let the coffee brew for at least 4 minutes.
Hold the pot handle firmly and gently press the plunger down at a consistent speed. For best results use minimal pressure.
Turn the lid to open the spout and pour your coffee. Enjoy!
